Good morning, friends! It is good to be back home with my people after a few days in sunny Florida. I think I brought some of the heat and humidity back with me because it feels about the same here in Philly as it did in Orlando for the past few days.
When I found this muscle tank with the sequin palm trees at J.Crew a few weeks ago, I knew it would be perfect for this trip. I love the sequin details, and I like how it fits close to the body without being too tight. It’s also on sale for $29! For size reference, I have the small.
I paired the grey tee with white jeans, but it is just as cute with white shorts and I also like it with black jeans. These are my absolute favorite white jeans, and they are actually 30% off at Nordstrom!
I decided to keep the color palette monochromatic so I went with grey sandals (the blush is close) and a grey bag. I debated adding some pink to the color scheme, and now I sort of wish I had. I think a fun pop of color would really liven up this outfit.
The frames are Pink w/ Pink Tokyo and the lenses are the Maui Rose®. I love how crisp and clear everything looks through these lenses. When you put them on, you notice the difference immediately.
It was quite warm so I didn’t stay in my jeans for long. After our photo shoot, I swapped the jeans out for white shorts, and Cyndi and I headed over to the pool bar & grille for a bite of lunch.
This outfit will also be cute with a denim jacket layered on top for cooler days, and I’m definitely going to try it with a pop of pink in my bag or shoes next time.
