Do you detox?
It’s one of those things I always roll my eyes at, and then later I think to myself, I really should try that one of these days.
I know there are many different ways to detox, various methods, and I’m sure many different opinions on what is a healthy detox and what is not.
Lately I’ve been feeling really gluttonous and in need of some sort of fresh start to my diet. I’ve NEVER done a detox. But I was wondering if I should try a smoothie detox. Or maybe just incorporating a smoothie with detox benefits into my daily routine would be a start.
