Our Christmas Cards

This post is brought to you by Minted. Thank you for supporting the retailers that support this site.

I just wanted to pop in and share our Christmas cards! They came in a couple days ago, and the girls and I have been hard at work peeling and stuffing and stamping.

I shared a few weeks ago that we were ordering from Minted again this year. I love their quality, their unique designs, and best of all, their addressing service.

I’m showing a plain envelope here so I don’t divulge anyone’s address, but we had them all pre-printed from addresses I uploaded to their site via Excel spreadsheet. Merry Christmas to me! I used to hand-address all of our holiday cards, and this is so much easier on the old right hand. Plus it looks so much nicer.

This is my son’s last year of high school and we had these gorgeous family photos done, so I wanted to splurge a little bit on our cards and make them extra special this year.

I went all out and opted for the foil printing, coordinating envelope liners, and even the custom stamps, and I love how they turned out.

I sent a bunch this morning, and the rest will go out tomorrow. I’m so excited for them to start landing in my friends’ and family’s mailboxes!

If you’re on my Christmas card list, sorry to spoil it, but I was excited to share, and I also wanted to remind you if you haven’t ordered your cards yet, time is getting tight. See Minted’s Holiday Delivery Deadlines so you can make sure to get your order in before you have to pay rush shipping!

Also, thanks to Alison Cornell for taking these photos!

  1. What beautiful Christmas cards, from the front of the envelope to the inside of it.  The card itself is sooo nice.  I love that you could add your own personal message on the back with a few more family pics.  It would have taken me weeks to decide with all those choices!  You have a great looking family  there!   I just received our youngest daughters Christmas card with her whole family on it.  Can’t wait to see what our other daughters card looks like.  They did a joint photo session on our farm & have been keeping the pictures a secret from us!   One of my favorite pictures on her card is a shot taken from the rear of my son-in-law walking & holding hands with our 22 month old grandson, both wearing  boots & Stetsons!

  2. Awesome! So jealous! 🙂 I wanted family photos this year for the same reason (my oldest is graduating this year as well). His response was “Mom, you’ll get a ton of family photos at grad”. Ok then 🙂 These are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

  4. I love family photo Christmas cards. If you don’t see each other often, the kids change a lot from year to year.
    You have a beautiful family!

  5. Your Christmas cards are beautiful! What a special treat your recipients will have when they receive their mail. Thank you, Jo-Lynne, for all that you do. My wardrobe would be lost without you….LOL!
