Instagram Roundup 04.22.17
Hello, friends! I’m writing this morning from my hotel room in Dallas. It’s been so much fun here at the rewardStyle conference, but it’s super busy. I didn’t even get time to send out my daily email yesterday, and I’m actually skipping a conference session (shhh!) to try to put this Instagram Roundup together.
I’ve met some great ladies and had fun getting to know my tribe a little bit better. Here they are — the girls I’ve been hanging out with — Caryl, Cyndi, and Lindsey. (My apologies to the girl in the background trying to eat, lol.) My outfit details are in THIS POST.
For some reason, these pictures loaded in reverse order, so I’m just going to go with it. I wore this outfit yesterday. I love the bag. It’s new from Stella & Dot this season, and it’s only $36.
This was basically my travel outfit on Thursday. I posted this old photo because I left my house at o’dark-thirty to get to the airport for an 8:30 flight. I actually wore this cold shoulder tee under the cardigan instead of the cami, and I’ve been wearing it off and on all weekend. It’s a great top. The material is more modal than cotton, so it looks nicer than a basic tee.
draped waffle-knit cardigan // Topshop camisole // AG skinnies // Kendra Scott pendant // hoop earrings// Alex and Ani bangles // Always On Regan Tote // Delsey Chatelet Spinner Trolley // Sam Edelman Felicia Flats
I wore this outfit one day last week to run errands and get ready to leave town. I like this white shirred tee better with the pink skinny jeans than I did with the pink girlfriend chinos I wore in THIS POST.
I wore this polka dot wrap dress to church on Easter Sunday when we were in Virginia. I found a similar one from the same designer HERE.
We shot this look in my mom’s backyard. All details plus Mother’s Day gift ideas in THIS POST.
This is what I wore to tour the University of Pittsburgh with my son last weekend. I saw parents wearing everything from jeans and sneakers to business casual, but I felt very appropriate in this. It’s a good middle ground. These khaki skimmers are on sale for $35 at White House Black Market.
And this is what I wore to tour Grove City College the day before! I was the only person wearing white jeans, I noticed, but I still felt fine. I didn’t want to wear blue jeans, and I don’t have a lot of pants that aren’t jeans. It was chilly so a skirt was out.
This was my travel outfit out to western PA.
Finally, I wore this Vera Wang dress from T.J.Maxx to church one Sunday with my black linen long cardigan. My red crossbody was a sale purchase a couple weeks ago, but I can only find it now for full price. That said, Tory Burch is running their big spring sale right now. It’s one of those spend more, save more deals, so this is a great time to make a purchase if you’ve been considering one. It ends on Monday.
And that’s a wrap! I’m getting ready to head down to lunch. From the balcony of my room, I can see them setting up in the garden, and it looks beautiful.
I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend!
