Another week, another menu plan! Here we go!

MONDAY: Shepherd’s Pie with Simple Sautéed Spinach

TUESDAY: Chicken In A Pot with roasted carrots

WEDNESDAY: Oktoberfest Beer Brats (appropriate, yes??) You can make this gluten free by using GF beer and Udi’s GF Hotdog Rolls.

THURSDAY: Tilapia Parmesan with steamed rice and Sautéed Swiss Chard

FRIDAY: Shrimp Bisque – recipe to come (I’ve been dying to try this!) with Udi’s gluten free dinner rolls

SATURDAY: sushi takeout!
