As I explained last week, I put together a whole summer dinner meal plan schedule, and now all I have to do is plug it in each week. This is so liberating! No, I do not stick to it 100% but it’s still nice to have something to fall back on. Here is what I have on the spreadsheet for this week. I will be traveling, so my fam will not be sticking to this meal plan exactly, but hopefully it will provide some real food and gluten free meal planning inspiration for some of you!
MONDAY: Ribs (we buy them pre-marinated at Wegmans), French Potato Salad (recipe to come, steamed green beans and corn on the cob
TUESDAY: Tuscan Lemon Chicken, Asparagus with Browned Butter (recipe to come) and mashed potatoes
FRIDAY: take out
