Weekly Menu Plan 03.02.14


Well, good morning! I would say hello, March, but March is officially my LEAST favorite month of the year. It’s still too cold and the weather is too unpredictable, but it is staying light later and the birds are singing and I’m craving spring. But I know spring is a ways away. So! I tend to hibernate and work like a fiend, hoping it will pass quickly.

Of course, we still have to eat. Here’s what I have on the agenda for this week. I hope this menu provides you with some meal planning inspiration!!

MONDAY: Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

TUESDAY: White Bean & Bacon Soup

WEDNESDAY: Monkfish Provincial

THURSDAY: leftover soup

FRIDAY: Pot Roast & Veggies

SATURDAY: takeout
