Real Food Recipes Roundup Week 15

Welcome to the Real Food Recipe Roundup, a collaboration between Musings of a Housewife and Sassy Moms in the City! Alison and I are both passionate about feeding our families real food so we’ve partnered up to share our weekly meal plans, and we would love for you to join us! You can use the Inlinkz widget below to link up a recent healthy recipe or meal plan from your blog. We only request that you link back to one of us, and that the recipes you share use primarily real, whole foods.

I’ve been at the beach for the better part of the week, and while I love getting a break from the cooking and cleaning up, I have to admit that it’s nice to be home and cook “real meals” again!

But first, don’t forget about our Smart Stick® 2-Speed Hand Blender giveaway.

My favorite recipe from this week comes from Domestic Mommyhood. Her Cookie Dough Fudge with Chocolate Chips and Pecans has me drooling. Doesn’t this look divine!? Click over to her site for the recipe.

Meanwhile, here’s what we’re eating at my house this week.

Thanks for hosting! I’m sharing my ice cream birthday cake which is a great alternative to a traditional birthday cake—no apologies needed for being allergy-friendly. I’m also sharing my update to coconut milk ice cream— vanilla custard ice cream that’s rich and creamy and SCOOPABLE.

Thanks for hosting! Checking out everyone’s food now. Yum! I missed this week’s roundup. :/ I was in the mountains for my brother’s wedding.
