But first, my favorite recipe from last week comes from Moneywise Moms and it’s this Baked Potato Bar.
This is such an easy meal to prepare, and you can load it up with whatever toppings suit your fancy. Such a great idea, an I can’t believe I’ve never done this before! You can also do this with a sweet potato if you’re doing the paleo or low-carb thing.
Here’s what we’re planning to eat this week.
Weekly Meal Plan
MONDAY: Salmon with Dill Butter via Sugar Free Glow
TUESDAY: Tuscan Lemon Chicken with steamed green beans and rice
WEDNESDAY: Baked Potato Bar
THURSDAY: Stuffed Peppers
FRIDAY: Sautéed Onions, Peppers, Sausage Sweet Potato via Sandi’s Allergy Free Recipes
We usually do take out or eat out on Saturday, and Sunday is often a free-for-all — either leftovers or sandwiches or, if we’re lucky, dining out!
