You can enter to win over at Sassy Moms in the City as well.

But first, my favorite recipe from last week comes from Moneywise Moms and it’s this Baked Potato Bar

This is such an easy meal to prepare, and you can load it up with whatever toppings suit your fancy. Such a great idea, an I can’t believe I’ve never done this before! You can also do this with a sweet potato if you’re doing the paleo or low-carb thing.

Here’s what we’re planning to eat this week.

Thanks, JoLynne! So glad you liked the baked potato bar. It’s going to be a hit with our swim team this year (I’ve done concessions for the past two years) and is a great carb-load :)

I’ve added another yummy real food recipe this week. Have a wonderful week and thanks for hosting!
