If you’re looking for my gluten-free meal plan and recipe roundup, don’t run away!!! I have expanded the link-up to include all recipes made from real whole foods, not just gluten-free. And I’m super excited to be joining forces with Alison from Sassy Moms in the City, who will be my new co-host for the Real Food Recipe Roundup. We will alternate weeks hosting the link-up, and this week it’s my turn!

MONDAY: Crockpot Chicken Curry (I love this dish because you can pop everything into your crockpot and then forgetaboutit.)

TUESDAY: Kielbasa & Pepper Pasta with a side salad


THURSDAY: Marinated Pork Tenderloin a la Ina, Dill Fingerling Potatoes and Roasted Asparagus

FRIDAY: Cheesy Meatloaf via Vanderbilt Wife

We usually do take out or eat out on Saturday, and Sunday is often a free-for-all — either leftovers or sandwiches or, if we’re lucky, dining out!

    I love all the NOW products–they are a great company!
    Your curry crockpot dish looks great! I’m taking a course to be a Culinary Nutritional Expert and we just made our own curry powder and WOW, its so good. I’ll share the recipe when I have more time but it makes your whole house smell fantastic.

    Real foods = real good! Love what’s cooking this week :) I’m adding the easiest side dish ever, just in time for East….maple-whipped sweet potatoes. It’s a spin on Martha’s, using virgin coconut oil. It’s soooo good! Especially since it’s Maple syrup season here in this part of Canada. Hope you have a fabulous week, thanks for having us!

    Congrats on the new roundup! I’m still bringing gluten-free recipes, but I love checking out all the real food recipes this week.
