This week’s menu plan is a bunch of old favorites and one new one. I love, love, LOVE shrimp and grits, and when I came across this recipe, I KNEW I had to make it. Best of all, shrimp and grits is gluten-free!
Weekly Meal Plan
MONDAY: Shrimp and Grits with sauteed baby greens (I picked up baby collards and baby swiss chard at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday; I cooked half of them over the weekend and they were divine. I wish I’d bought twice as much!)
TUESDAY: Broccoli Cheese Soup, Shepherd’s Pie
WEDNESDAY: Chicken Chili and a salad
FRIDAY: Chicken Gruyere with oven roasted potatoes and green beans
