Introducing Udi’s Gluten-Free Harvest Treats

Udi’s has gone and done it again.

They have managed to create two new baked goods so delicious you would NEVER guess they’re gluten-free. When I discovered Udi’s gluten free products several months after going gluten-free, I thought I’d struck the jackpot, and they continue to surprise me with new products that delight the taste buds. They have truly mastered the art of gluten-free baking so I don’t have to!

Yesterday I received a box in the mail with their newest offerings inspired by fall’s bountiful harvest — ginger cookies and pumpkin muffins. You have NO idea how excited this makes me. I have missed these flavors over the past three years of living about 99.5% gluten free.

I dove right into the ginger cookies.

They were AMAZING. Moist, chewy and zinging with flavors of ginger and nutmeg. I didn’t realize how much I’d missed those flavors until I experienced them yesterday. Gingersnaps have always been one of my favorite cookies, but not the crunchy store bought ones — it’s the homemade ones that are chewy and melt in your mouth that I crave, and Udi’s totally nailed it with these babies.

This morning when I woke up, I remembered that gluten-free pumpkin muffins awaited me. I hopped out of bed and ran downstairs to brew some coffee and grab a taste of fall.

I was not disappointed. The muffins are a bit dense, so I popped mine in the microwave for about 10 seconds to soften them up and then they were perfect.

I had some fun experimenting with my food photography! These muffins are worthy!! Please pin them! (And follow me on Pinterest if you’re not already!! Follow Udi’s too, while you’re at it!)

Suffice it to say, I am a happy camper. Thank you, Udi’s!!!

If you want to try Udi’s new harvest-inspired goodies, you may have to make a request at your local grocery store. I find that most stores accommodate me when I ask them to please carry a new gluten-free product.

I was not paid for this post, but Udi’s sent me these product samples to facilitate this review. As always, all thoughts and opinions and drool are mine!
