{Gluten Free} Weekly Meal Plan 07.30.12

Gluten Free Meal Plan via Musings of a Housewife

I’m back home from vacation and back to meal planning. Won’t you join me!!?? Here’s what we’re eating this week. Be sure to link up a gluten free recipe below!

MONDAY: Gourmet Hamburgers on Udi’s Gluten Free Buns with fresh, local corn on the cob and kale chips

TUESDAY: Sausage Scramble with a side salad

WEDNESDAY: Spinach and Roasted Tomato Pizza

I’m going to be in NYC for BlogHer so this is what I’m leaving for my family to eat:

THURSDAY: Chicken Chili with corn muffins (they aren’t gluten free, but for a gluten free option – try this gluten free corn bread!)

FRIDAY: Pasta (you could use gluten free) with Rose Romano’s Peppers and a side salad

SATURDAY: leftovers

SUNDAY: probably takeout! lol!!

For more gluten free meal plans, see all my Meal Planning posts. And check out my Resources page for all my favorite kitchen tools and products.

Live Chat TONIGHT!

Please stop by tonight at 8 PM EST for a live chat at the Udi’s Gluten Free Community to discuss food sensitivity testing. We’ll be touching on topics like tests for gluten intolerance for celiacs vs. the ALCAT blood test for food sensitivities, as well as food allergies vs. food sensitivities.

  1. Welcome back and thanks for the reminder about your linky. I linked two perfect hot weather recipes: Middle Eastern lemonade and a delicious vegan stuffed mushroom which requires no cooking. Have a great week.

  2. I hope you have a wonderful time! I’m sure you will return with great ideas and tips ☺ Thanks for hosting!

  3. That sausage scramble looks delicious. I’ll have to put that on next week’s menu to try out! We love breakfast for dinner around here. Thanks for hosting!

  4. You’re nice to leave your family food while you’re at Blogher. I called my mother in law and told her to feed hubby and the kids while I’m gone.

    1. LOL! Wish I could! My MIL lives an hour away and they aren’t really cooking these days. They live in a retirement community and eat at a restaurant for most meals. Lucky duckies! 🙂
