TUESDAY: Gourmet Hamburgers with all the fixin’s (it’s gonna be 70 degrees, and we’re breaking out the grill. oh yeah!!)
SATURDAY: Chicken Rice Casserole (using leftover chicken and rice from Monday) with “Very Different Spinach Salad” — recipe to come
