This EASY Chicken Stir Fry Recipe is a hit with my kids and it's an easy dinner recipe to throw together on a busy schoolnight.

You can pretty much use any veggies you like, but we typically go for broccoli, onion and red peppers. Sometimes I throw in some asparagus too. I make it in a stovetop wok.

    1. No, I didn’t realize. I usually buy soy sauce labeled “gluten free” but I think my husband picked that one up. I don’t know that I’m THAT sensitive to it, but I prefer to play it safe. Thanks for noticing! 🙂

  1. I know you’ll appreciate this. First of all, the stir-fry looks delicious! I haven’t done stir-fry in a while. It was really one of the first things I cooked my husband for dinner and I think I have overdone every version of that possible with the wok we received for a wedding gift. I think it’s time to break it out again! I love that you can pack it full of veggies!!!

Ok, so the part you’ll appreciate. I scrolled down the email and the “ad-choice” at the bottom was a link to these sandals: https://www.jackrogersusa.com/collections/shop-all/georgica-jelly. So, I quickly purchased them and came back to read your recipe. Priorities…am I right? 😉

  2. This recipe is excellent!
I’ve only cooked chicken once before, and it was boiled. I was worried the chicken would be undercooked (scary!). When I poured in the sauce mixture, it smelled SO good, I mumbled under my breath, “at least our last meal will be delicious if I poison us all with undercooked chicken.” My chicken turned out a little tough. Luckily the sauce and everything else was so good, my family was able to down the chicken. And we’re still alive! We will definitely have this again!

Thank you for the recipe! I’m excited to try others.

  3. My kind of meal, think I’ll cook some this week. Do you ever put ginger in this dish? I have used the powdered but think I’ll just leave it out this time.

  4. Sounds like a fun time Axe Throwing. My Granddaughter tried it in Vegas. She says it’s harder than it looks. I had told myself the other day that I would love to have some stir fry. And, there you are with a recipe. I’m Sure I will try!! Hope you have a Great Week!! ….Linda W. 🧡🍁😄
