Day 16 of 28 Days of Winter Outfits

I’m going super casual today. The kids have the day off from school, and I have a physical therapy appointment in the middle of the day, so it seemed fitting. I did the shower/makeup/hair thing, though.

Yesterday was my first full day without my brace, and today I am going without until after PT. I picked up these Asics at Kohl’s. They’re trail running shoes, so they have extra stability and support, which I figured would be good for me at this stage of recovery. They’re quickly becoming my go-to sneakers.

The Athleta Metro Skinny Pants are a nice cross between yoga pants and, well, pants. LOL!! And the tunic is old. I picked it up at Nordstrom last winter when I wanted something comfy to wear with leggings. It’s really too short for leggings, unless I wear a longer tank underneath, which I’ve been unable to find, so I prefer wearing it with jeans or yoga pants. I threw on a scarf for warmth and for fun. It’s an old Target find.

I’m also wearing my new Fitbit along with my J.Jill Heart Charm Bracelet Stack and simple stud earrings!

This is the kind of outfit I would recommend to moms who are at home with their young kids all day. It’s certainly not high style, but it is cute and put-together while still being comfortable and washable.
